Chicken, White Bean & Tortellini Soup

Today I'm sharing a soup I made a few weeks ago. It was a cooler day and I was craving something comforting. I basically looked at the ingredients in my fridge and pantry, and this is what I came up with. It's a twist on the classic chicken soup and it turned out very tasty! I was actually sad when the leftovers were all gone (the sign of a good meal!). 

I love making soup this time of year & I'll definitely be making this one again. We all loved it!
